Are your products original?
Yes. Every product at Madar Zone is 100% original and sourced from authorised distributors. Each item comes with its official warranty.
How long does delivery take?
Orders inside Riyadh usually arrive within 24 hours. Other cities in Saudi Arabia take 1–3 business days.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is 25 SAR. Delivery is free for orders over 200 SAR, and store pickup in Riyadh is always free.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — you can pay in cash or by mada card when the courier delivers your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
Can I return a product?
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
How do I claim warranty?
Send us your order number and a short video of the issue on WhatsApp. We will replace or repair the item according to the brand warranty.
Which charger do I need for my iPhone?
For iPhone 12 and newer we recommend a 20W (or higher) USB-C PD charger with a USB-C to Lightning or USB-C to USB-C cable, depending on your model.
